What are the benefits of being a Mover?
It’s all about the team
We’d like to give you a really warm welcome to the On The Move team. We have over 100 runners taking part in this incredible challenge. Our target is to raise £50,000 split between two causes that are very close to our heart – and we fully intend to smash it!
Being part of the team is reward enough in itself of course, but we’ve also worked hard to secure a few little extras to help get your training off to a good start.
Each Mover will receive a technical tshirt, which they can use whilst pounding the streets training and on race day itself.

We strongly recommend you take up the offer – it’s useful to get a general picture of your overall health – not just for your involvement in the marathon, but for day to day life as well.
Gait Testing + Pro Advice
Some wonderful staff from the local, Milton Keynes branch of Up and Running – a pro running store, will be visiting our Milton Keynes office to offer Gait Testing for all Movers.
They’re also hosting a talk on nutrition advice and training, as well as a group lunchtime run with their Personal Trainers so you can get some expert advice.

Up & Running have also been super-generous by offering all Movers a whopping 15% discount for all products purchased in the Milton Keynes store.
