A big thank you to the team at the Milton Keynes branch of Up and Running, who’ve been essential in helping the whole On The Move team get ready for the huge challenge of running the Milton Keynes Half Marathon and Full Marathon.

They’ve provided some essential advice – from gait testing and nutrition advice through to training tips during our lunchtime runs.

We were recently joined by Kevin from the Up and Running team who spoke to our runners about how best to train, prepare, and mentally get ready for the big day on May 6th. He covered all of the essentials you need to know in advance of the run.
